Feature

Butyl rubber has small water absorption and excellent water barrier. It is also excellent material as a sealer material because it has good weather resistance.

Sealer material 603 B is a product in which a surface layer of thin butyl rubber sheet and polyester fiber nonwoven fabric are impregnated with semi-crosslinked butyl rubber.

Air bubbles contained in the butyl rubber impregnated nonwoven fabric of the base material layer are confined. It has excellent characteristics as a sealing material because it has characteristics of both foamed butyl rubber and strong polyester nonwoven fabric.
